I've been known to play guitar on occasion.I lost my band, and strangely enough I regained my hearing. It's a simple formula. I write songs, and then I play them. I can kill an hour or more, but all I require is a half an hour, or even twenty minutes to play out new material. Any more than that and my mind starts to wander as well.
