US and Canadian Poetry Open Mikes

Open Mics in Rochester, NY

Host: Jeff Slutsky
The venue is intimate, so the acoustics are excellent. The audience is pretty much always receptive, attentive and enthusiastic. As long as you get there around 7 you should be able to perform 2-3 songs. The host is very gregarious and accommodating and updates the Facebook page regularly with images and videos of performances. If you really wish to actually be heard, this is a great open mic to check out. It goes from 7-10.
