Not really an open mic but a gathering of musicians who'd just want to have fun and share music with fellow musicians… something like Cheers only with guitars and pianos.

That's completely melodramatic, unfair, and inaccurate. It's packed every week because it's an amazing community experience where all us musicians can grow.
