james gilpen (1/2009): This venue is awesome… a newly restored ballroom, it's spacious and offers couches and plenty of room to dance and socialize. The stage is massive with full sound & lighting, and the environment you just can't beat. A great crowd of songwriters, poets and comics circulate this place and you're bound to meet great folks on any given Monday. There is a cover charge of 2$ for performers, 3$ for non-performers, however the snacks, coffee, soda, etc. are FREE. Check out theriffraff.net to read more about this unique space.
