New Times for our open mic:- SIGN UP-7:45pm. Starts at 8pm. Featured performer - 10:30pm. open mic continues 11:30pm until the last performer drops!! The bar is open until 4am so this allows plenty of time for late comers to indulge! :)

i've played this open mic and everyone is very cool and supportive but the sound is a problem for me, the digital board thats being used needs to be replaced by a simple small mackie or something similar, it'll make a world of difference trust me!!!

why is it that people are quick to write the negative and not even address the positive?!?! As usual, it's the people who will never show up again who will post a harsh comment. As the saying goes, "you can't please everyone." On a further note, this is a question of character, why Yossy, did you not bring this up to our attention? It's not like the basement is big enough to get lost. We were right there making it easy for anyone who wants to approach us. Thank you Yossy for being man enough to be anonymous. Who is "Yossy" anyway? I don't see your name in the email list, nor did I receive any email asking me about an MP3. Though it is extremely difficult for me to mix these sessions for FREE, I do get around to them an not one of my Mic-Club members (those who come support our artists,) did not receive mp3s from me. So this negative comment that you wrote clearly does not hold any weight.

Be man and at least lets have your details so that I could send you a FREE mp3, (that is if in fact you did perform.)

Regarding the fact that you are complaining that you performed at 2:00am, I recall a long line waiting to sign up. Sorry pal, these things happen. First come first serve. I went by the order in which they came. If you are a first time Open-Micer, I give special privileges as to when he or she wants to play. So forgive me if you had to wait just like everyone else had to as well.

Hey Bar4. I'm gonna holla at you so that we could unite. Judging by Yossy, I figure you must run an authentic night as well.

By the way, the great demand of beautiful Open-Micer made change our start time to 8PM to accommodate our performers so that everyone can have a chance to become "Emotionally Naked"… which reminds Yossy, "Cult"? get a life. I'm sorry but low self esteem is a MOFO. It's not my fault you appear to have no people skills. Make an effort and reach out. No one is rejecting you. You rejected us without even knowing us or what we are about. You attacked a night I came up with. You attacked a venue very dear to my heart. Sorry I had to give you a reality check.

Howard, nice of you pop by… we encourage that the musician feels comfortable enough to become emotional in there music. No need to strip off physically!! Although I have known a performer to strip down to his boxer shorts, all in good taste :)
